DKM Recruitment are seeking a recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join the team, initially on a temporary basis however this will lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. Ideally you will come from a recruitment background or similar sales type industry and be familiar with administration and database type roles. The right candidate must have excellent IT skills including word and most importantly strong knowledge of Excel spreadsheets. The role will involve recruitment database management, answering telephone calls, managing candidate payroll, sourcing candidates for consultants, CV database searching and other general office duties. This position will be working in a busy and lively sales office environment therefore an outgoing and confident personality would be advantageous.
