Managed Property Coordinator
Permanent – based in Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: £18k per annum
Our client is a local lettings agency based in Newcastle upon Tyne who offer an unrivalled level of service, they aim to provide their customers with friendly helpful advice you would expect from a professional, established letting agency. Due to continued growth they are seeking an experienced Managed Property Coordinator to join their successful team.
Roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Action maintenance requests from tenants in managed properties following consultation with Landlords as necessary.
Handle calls/emails from and to tenants, landlords and contractors in a timely fashion.
Complete the feedback loop to ensure all parties informed of situation (including internally as necessary).
Ensure costs are efficiently managed on behalf of the company.
Organise and action property maintenance on the property lettings portfolio.
Ensure quotes are received for maintenance work, gain landlords approval and ensure any work is completed satisfactorily.
Carry out regular planned property inspections in line with the property profile and status.
Arrange scheduled visits with tenants and to carry out visits in an organised and efficient manner.
Provide a summary report of the inspection including items for immediate action, items for long term action and supporting evidence.
Make recommendations to the landlord to enhance the property and maintain high yield.
Organise and project manage all remedial work required as a result of the inspection.
The ideal candidate should possess a full driving license and strong computer skills.
